Project for a stunning beachfront location at Playa Laiya in Batangas, the “Riviera” of the Philippines. The Vision shall be defined by its elegance, design identity and operational efficiency. The aim is to design a residential condo with the capabilities of a hotel that will offer exceptional comfort on all of its units with striking sea views, as well as a range of convenient facilities and ease of access.

 

As a beach front property with direct access to the sand, this building shall be one of the most recognizable architectural statements on the entire Batangas waterfront.
