This is a research & development case-study project on sustainable design. The design takes on an environmentally regenerative approach and exhibits several specific features for low environmental impact. It also explores the potential of prefabricated systems that can be developed in a factory environment, allowing for a quick and clean construction process. The design aims to create optimal harmony in the relationship between the individual and the environment.
